Shipping Policy

Shipping Options and Costs
For U.S. orders, we are pleased to offer FREE USPS Ground Shipping when you order $45 or more before tax. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. If you order less than $45 before tax, you will be charged a flat-rate of $15 for shipping.
For international orders, we offer the Standard Shipping International which starts at $42.10 and typically delivers in 6 to 10 business days. The international shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Order Processing Time
We process orders within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by visiting our website and entering your order number and email address. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping option you choose, your location, and the carrier’s service. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, some products may not be available for international shipping due to legal or regulatory restrictions. Please check the product page for more information before placing your order.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the products or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges or delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that some products may be excluded from our return policy due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product page for more information before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for returning the item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@uiqliving.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return your item and process your refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will ship out the new item as soon as possible.
